Actor Rob Lowe called out President Obama, asking a question that most of the press doesn’t seem to want to ask. They’d rather ask about, you know, the Green Bay Packers. Because that’s important.
On Tuesday, Rob Lowe tweeted about President Obama speaking about the murdered Ambassador Stevens. Mr. Lowe wasn’t a fan of the background.

In 1988, Lowe was involved in a sex scandal over a videotape of him having sex with two women, one of whom was 16 and the other 22. She was filmed with Lowe during the night before the Democratic National Convention in Atlanta. Lowe has asserted that he did not know that the second girl was underage, and it was confirmed that the two had met at a bar.At the time, Lowe was campaigning for Michael Dukakis.

I was surprised last year when I watched the genealogy TV show “Who Do You Think You Are?” when they profiled Rob Lowe. From the outset he stated he hoped he would find out an ancestor had fought alongside George Washington.
He was genuinely excited to find out his ancestor was an American Patriot even though it wasn’t exactly how he had envisioned it, and he had a hard time keeping it together when he was presented with a membership into the Sons of the American Revolution.

Rarely do these Hollywood types possess enough intellectual integrity to ask real questions of these Democrats; or else they just take at face value any answer the Dems give no matter how ludicrous. - Anything less would be “unintelligent” don’tcha know?
Interesting comments. I remember Rob from the 80s when he was bedding teenage girls and grooming himself for his next career as a JFK-like liberal politician. That fell apart with his sex tapes (and string of bad movies that followed). After that, he seems to have matured and wised up a little. I’ve seen him do a lot of events supporting the troops. Perhaps the jury is out on his politics now; perhaps he grew older and wiser and thus, more conservative.
Tyrants are not responsible to the people. Unlike the President of a republic, there is no need for a tyrant to explain anything, anytime. The ministers of a tyrant are likewise not responsible for truthful testimony to Congress.

I believe you're referring to Robert Chambers, not Rob Lowe.
I remember that incident with the underage girl at the DNC. In his defense, he was a young man at the time and I don't believe he was aware of her age. Not excusing it by any means, but I think it's an incident in his past that is not necessarily reflective of the man he is today. By the way, I'm pretty sure he's still a lib, so I look at his questioning the One as a good sign.
