Funny, he was a dim delegate at the 1988 democratic convention in Atlanta. The reason I know is because he got into some hot water while here, when he made a sex tape with a floozie that became public. Thanks to Bubba Klinton, the whole affair is not so shocking now, but it was quite scandalous at the time and threatened his career.
