US Senate: Connie Mack

Clerk of Court: Scott Ellis

Property Appraiser: Dana Blickley

Others, not so much:

Sheriff: Ivey or Maddox?

Public Defender: Rhodes or Trettis?

State Rep 53: Holton, Tobia, or Trent?

County Commission 1: Nye or Ware

County Commission 3: Infantini, Mahaney, or Voltz?

School Board 3: Kneessy or Paterakis?

School Board 4: Henderson or Lewis?

Port Authority 2: Evans or Matheny?

Port Authority 4: Deardoff or Sheridan?

Then there's all the very local stuff. Please post your recommendations.

Sheriff: Ivey or Maddox?

Ivey seems much more "with it" than Maddox.

Endorsements, for what they are worth. Though Danny McKnight is among them. He's the commander of the Ranger unit that fought in Mogadishu (Black Hawk Down). He lives in Brevard County.

Doing a Florida Freeper ping here of Freepers I believe live in South FL and might be some from Broward.

I am up here in Pinellas so the only candidate race we havein common is the US Senate Primary race.

My hubby and I are voting for Mike McCalister for Senate. Connie Mack entered the race on the very last day possible, and he also voted for Tarp. I did not like the fact that Mack refused to attend any forums/debates with the other three Republican candidates, McCalister Stewart, and Weldon. Guess Connie Mack thought that since he is the GOP favorite he did not need to attend any events with the other cndidates.

I am proud to vote for Mike McCalister who does not have the money or name recognition of Mack. I will add that whomever wins the Primary will get my support against Bill Nelson!

Of course. My mistake! I started the thread below a while back to include all Florida Freepers we could reach to make their comments about various candidates. Many are posting there from other Florida Congressional Districts. :)

I'm in Miami-Dade and I voted for Weldon for the US Senate. He personally responded to my letter to him asking him to clarify his stance on the 2nd Amendment which he did AND changed his website to reflect such. I thought that was very forthright of him, so he earned my vote.

Weldon rather than Mack
Paterakis and Lewis (Not the Incumbent) for School Board
Ivey for Sherrif. Nye is not in the Race so there is no County Commission District One Primary. Vote Richard Ware in November.For Property Appraiser I am leaning to Jason Steele but basically I don’t want Ford!
