The late Mr. Clark clearly had one heck of a sense of humor.
I can almost see him chortling every time he went into the kitchen (and yes, I am sure he thought about a mechanical elephant hose).
He was a national treasure — Jan 1 will never be the same.

Could be a hard sell, but then again, it is very nice.
With 23 acres and the view I suspect it will sell easily especially if the property isn’t restricted against building another home on it.
