I thought it might have referred to a more recent photo. I was watching the news a few nights ago and it showed her and obama walking from AF1, and in the split second on the video I happened to notice a similar bump - weird.
Perhaps obama has her wear a chastity belt seeing as she is such a fashion icon and so hawt and all.
