Nearly 20 years ago Canadian Maurice Strong served as secretary general of the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro. Today he is meeting the Citizens editorial board to discuss the upcoming Rio Plus-20 gathering in Brazil next month. Joining him are Brice Lalonde, executive co-ordinator of the Rio +20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development, and David Runnalls, executive director of Sustainable Prosperity in Ottawa.

National Review made him known back in 1991. The cover story was Maurice Strong, International man of Mystery. This is the guy behind getting US territory under the “protective” umbrella of the UN.
I can’t find the quotes but he has openly advocated for elimination of 3/4 of the people on the north American continent and placing those that remain on an easily “sustainable” strip of the great plains.
