They need to talk to the impeached one. He helped the Chicoms out when they had the same problem.
Where is John Bolton, ???
You know, you raise a really interesting point. The Chinese have this technology and have since Bubba helped them get it (along with MIRV technology), yet they do not seem to be helping the Norks at all. I mean, this was apparently a fairly spectacular failure and it could be another couple years before NK can even try this again - so while China is obviously keeping the Norks afloat, they are apparently not providing much assistance with missile technology.
Cheers!

“In February 2012, the Missile Defense Agency requested only $9.7 million per year for Fiscal Years 2013 through 2017, down from $176.8 million in fiscal 2012. This reduced amount would be used to maintain SBX in a limited test support role, “while also retaining the ability to recall it to an active, operational status if and when it is needed.[8]
In April 2012 it was reported that SBX-1 had left Pearl Harbour and was assumed to be being deployed to monitor North Korea’s planned Unha-3 missile in the launch window of 12-16 April 2012.”
