Should Taxes Be Raised on the Rich to help the economy. Freep this poll (needs it badly). 64% say yes! Middle right of the page.
(Excerpt) Read more at yahoo.com ...
want to help the economy? cut taxes
want to help the dollar? cut the debt
how do you cut debt? cut spending BELOW tax revenues
yea.... that’s some real rocket science there
Yes the inequality is an outrage a natural outcome of a free market economy.
"No, raising taxes isnt the solution" -- CUTTING THE OUTRAGEOUS SPENDING IS THE SOLUTION, YOU YAHOO IDIOTS!
(Had to put "outrage" in its proper place)
Should taxes be hiked for the very rich to help the economy?

Taxesould be levied on all wage earners who do not pay their fair share nor shoulder their portion of the burden
If money is so dear then there can be public service in lieu of paying taxes.
If all the wealthy people who ever lived in the U.S. paid all their wealth over to the Obama Administration, it would still fall short of the money this bastard has already endebted us to.
This needs reminding:
At about the time our original 13 states adopted their new constitution, in the year 1787, Alexander Tyler (a Scottish history professor at The University of Edinburgh) had this to day about “The Fall of the Athenian Republic some 2000 years prior:
“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.”
“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage.”
I’m STUNNED that a Yahoo! poll would lean toward the occupiers/communists. STUNNED I tell you. /s
Answer: NO. Cut spending and stop giving away money to the undeserving: countries, corporations, or those who think they are entitled.

NO! We need to take away Hussein’s check writing privileges to our enemies. Add in all his family and friends’ vacations and we’d be in the black again.
IMHO there should have been a check question to follow a “Yes” answer - “How many middle class or poor people have offered you a full time job?”
The unwashed and poorly educated masses, actively encouraged by the LMSM have no understanding when it comes to the economy (”Money from Obama’s stash”) much less what it takes to meet a payroll. But then, that is the type of people who will vote liberal-progressive-socialist-dimocrat every time.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
If it was known that lowering taxes across the board would bring in more total tax revenue by generating more domestic economic activity but that the wealthy would still benefit from those tax cuts, would you be in favor or opposed?
The libtards and economic ignoramuses (even assuming they understood the question) would still be overwhelmingly opposed.
I’ve believed for a long time that all income should be taxed equally which in the end would reduce earned income tax rates.
Why are businessmen required to pay 35% on business income while billionaire financiers and hedge fund managers who passively invest pay only 15%? Why are those taking withdrawals from IRA’S paying higher rates than hedge fund managers?
Tax free municipal bond interest should be phased out too as it has become a boondoggle for crooked municipal authorities. Another segment that needs phased out because it is crooked and abused are non-profit tax free businesses.
Remove exceptions and make it all the same and that would reduce the earned income tax rate which in the end is what America should encourage.
At ~165,000 total votes, this one isn’t going anywhere. Too bad, but evil wrong headedness has won this one.
Yes, I’m a good little socialist product of the public schools, and everyone knows that the inequality is an outrage.

No, raising taxes has been proven over and over again to decrease revenues to the treasury.
