Looking for some musical help

Looking for some Freeper musical help - I have a song that I can't recall the title or group from the late 80s early 90s. It is basically a list of cities sung very rapidly one after another. I know there at least two other songs that used a similar technique of stringing words together to a rhythm - one was in I believe the early sixties and the other in the later 90s. I have always been terrible with music titles and group names so looking to see if any FRiends can help me out on a Friday night. Thanks in advance.

And if I am elected I promise the formation of a new party
A third party, the wild party
I know we have problems
We got problems right here in Central City
We have problems on the north, south, east and the west
New York City, Saint Louis, Philadelphia, Los Angeles Detroit, Chicago, everybody has problems
And personally I don’t care

YES! I’m pretty sure that is it!
It is used on a TV Commercial and I remember it now.
