The mind of the progressive operates like a ship without an anchor. Moral and metaphysical relativism.

Committing an error which is both moral and intellectual, the progressive has preferred to look away from his comprehension of the existence of transcendent rules.

This is why it doesn’t matter that while in certain respects the current administration has not upheld its oath to the U.S. Constitution, yet it can pretend agreement with it in others.

I hope a autopsy reveals no wrong doing. But, tin foil hat or not conspiracy theory. The thought has crossed my mind that some on the left will stoop to anything, to include assassination.

I had chanced on "Coast to Coast" at 1am Est. A gentleman called Alex Jones was a guest. I believe he has a substantial reputation along patriotic lines with his devotees. For about 15 minutes I was in the grip of this compelling speaker. Certainly it is good to be able to get these diverse claims.

In the cold light of morning however, I am reminded of some of the more humorous pronouncements by Freepers. If the situation was not so serious to the well being of the United States, one might chuckle. This is to the effect that no matter what, the Presidential mystique would continue to mesmerize voters.

This is to the effect that no matter what, the President survives. If the President WAS born in Kenya, or was caught in totally sexually compromising situations, he would still get the majority vote. For a man to be assassinated, when the President has the high ground, with a press almost totally "in the bag" seems unlikely.

Watching the struggle for the soul of the United States with bated breath here. "Let Right be done!".

Michael Savage has a good answer for this question:

“If the Obama college video comes out, Breitbart died of natural causes; if they don’t come out, he was murdered.”

"To those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is this: Your tactics only aid terrorists -- for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve. They give ammunition to America's enemies..." -- John Ashcroft

If you are correct, then maybe you're next on the list.

BTW, Ashcroft's words mirror those used in the Constitution Article III Section 3 to define treason, which is punishable by death.

Evidently from the assassination of al-Awlaki, the Constitution is now interpreted to mean that conviction of treason merely requires either 1) "the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act" or 2) "confession in open court". The "open court" part seems to no longer apply to the witness testimony.

You may think that merely writing something that gives aid and comfort to the enemy, which Ashcroft asserts includes anything that would scare people about "lost liberty", would be protected by the First Amendment. However, the First Amendment does not revise the text of the original Constitution but only supplements it to prohibit Congress from making laws restricting freedom of the press. Whatever constituted an "overt act" in the Article III Section 3 definition of treason remains unchanged by the First Amendment. If one refers to Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, it is explicit that any treasonous writing constitutes an "overt act of treason" even if unpublished because "scribere est agere" (to write is to act).

Caveat scriptor: scribere est agere.

‘The CIA, would legally be bound to follow the presidential directive and eliminate the threat in a timely fashion.’

And the Nuremberg Trials require everyone to exercise the good judgement to recognize evil when they meet it face to face. "Just following orders...." is not a sufficient defense

Let’s stop this conspiracy nonsense and discuss FACTS!! Breitbart had mentioned, apparently recently, that he had some sort of heart issue. His father in law, Orson Bean, also mentioned this, just after Andrew’s death. From what Andrew’s friends have said about him, he lived life at a breakneck pace. With that kind of lifestyle, pressure is placed on all organs, but especially the heart. If it’s weak, in any way, it can give out, sometimes quickly, and fatally, as we’ve seen.

The CIA got out of the assassination business over 30 years ago. However, organized crime and foreign intel services are quite competent at the trade.

The dims have plenty of contacts in both groups. Think somebody from Chicago would know how to hire a hitman?

Hell, I’ll play along with some ‘what-ifs.’

If I were the team targeting some “person of interest,’ first I would look for their weaknesses, drug use, medical issues, psychological issues. Then study their habits - like when they are alone, where they go, anything that could be exploited.

Once the weakness is found then the most obvious thing is to exploit it - as that is the best way to make it seem like there was no foul play involved.

Just saying - people who do wetwork for a living are not stupid, they are playing chess, while most of the sheeple out there can only see the world as a game of checkers.

No wonder they’re winning.

Finally, as a change of pace - if a guy’s profile said he was known to be depressed you would try and find him when he was alone, hit him with over-amped stun gun, and then get him in a noose. Since people would say he was depressed, no one would question the suicide. That one is fairly easy.

Again, I spent only a few minutes thinking about it (it ain’t my job). The real bad guys are way more sophisticated. Being completely naive is no way to get our freedoms back.

Here is my two cents. Someone needs to do antibody tests on AB. He probably died of the same ailment that RUSH didn’t die of in Hawaii sometime back. Biowarfare—otherwise known as Bird Flu. I pray I am wrong. Obomber will win in November, otherwise he wouldn’t be doing now what no one in their right mind would be doing.

Obomber is doing what he always does. Clearing the playing field. But my guess he is also clearing the playing field by eliminating the voters!!! Chew on that.
