Sweet opening, Amy. Love the poem that goes with it! After
I finished that long MRI, I stopped and brought lunch home
and took a very nice nap so I feel a little better
now. I will go back to the surgeon next Wednesday. This
thing has worn me out!

I'm asking a favor.

Prayers for a dear friend of mine. She fell and broke her hip. Had surgery but developed a staph infection in her leg. Now she is in ICU with lung problems. I know if pneumonia sets in, it's not going to end well. I pray that doesn't happen. At this point, the doctors aren't sure she'll make it. Her name is Linda.

I just spoke with her husband and he can't even go see her as he has a cold/cough so she is pretty much alone. She has always been such a vibrant lady and this is just so hard for her to deal with and she is so frightened of the outcome.

Your prayers would be truly appreciated.
