MANATEE A Wimauma woman was arrested last week for stealing several items from an Ellenton store, including Crest Whitestrips that she placed on her teeth, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said.
Tami Lynn Stovall, 50, walked into the Kmart at 6126 U.S. 301 Blvd. N. on Feb. 18. She opened a package of Maybeline eye lashes and stuffed them in her purse.
Stovall then took a package of Crest Whitestrips and placed the strips on her teeth, an incident report shows.
She ended her shopping spree at the lawn and garden center, where she grabbed some torch oil.
Stovall left the store without paying. The total in stolen goods: $64.19. She was detained outside by loss prevention.
Stovall was charged with larceny and booked into the Manatee County Jail. She posted $120 bond on Feb. 19.
What...no tampons?
She appears to be 65 not 50. Must have lived a hard life.
Sounds like she was into stealing personal care products.
I get the whitestrips. I get the eye lashes.
But I don’t get the torch oil.
AND I DON’T WANT TO GET IT EITHER.

Well, at least she will have a dazzling smile for her mug shot.
Can’t blame her for the White Strips heist — those things work great, but they are horrendously expensive.
