The second armed robbery occurred on January 19th, 2012, at about 9:57 hours. The suspect brandished rifle at the clerk.
The rifle used in the second robbery appears to be one of the many models of Russian Military Mosin Nagant, bolt action high, powered rifle.

(california) Looks like the perp is using a M38 carbine with the butt cutt off! (2nd pic at site) If he shoots it, it would probably kill him, too. Sad part is that the rifle will probably be destroyed when the police catch up with him.

Not worth the paperwork hassles. I’m not a fan of commie guns, I think they’re bad karma. I mean, if you buy a Tokarev, you have to check the muzzle for neck hairs and stuff.
