And, I'd like to claim a minuscule amount of credit for getting FR removed from the Drudge website in 2012.

1. Drudge posted some stories critical of Newt
2. People here got super pissed
3. Someonce started a thread calling for Freeps 2 BOYCOTT Drudge
4. Drudge un-linked FreeRepublic

That’s it, in a silly nutshell.

And from **a couple days** of coverage they didn’t like from Drudge, they’re throwing Drudge overboard, basically.

And it’s completely stupid.

This kind of censorship is intolerable. Both FR and Drudge have mature, adult, and intelligent reasons who can sort things out. This kind of evisceral taboo on links is puerile and unworthy of advancing conservative causes.
