I just turned Neal Boortz off, he came on ridiculing today's legal eligibility proceedings in Georgia. This isn't the first time he has pi$$ed me off but he showed his a$$ big time today.
If he’s a losertarian than he can’t be a RINO, since the R stands for Republican.
I think they were all reached at that infamous dinner at George Will’s house, with visitation by the Office Of The President-Elect. They were warned, just like that mess up there warned us: “You can question my policies, but don’t question my faith. Or my citizenship, for that matter.” Only I think they have a bit of a sword hanging over their heads. Hey, they like working, they adapt, they get along.
The Judge allowed Plaintiffs to enter Obama’s COLB and long form BC as certified and valid documents of his birth record.
He disallowed Obama’s Indonesian school record to be entered.
Obama has to be found qualified to be on the ballot with this evidence.
If you insist on using logic, you may cause a few heads to explode around here.
Perhaps I read something wrong on this story, but none of this is to Obama’s advantange, but if he’s excluded from any states, they’ll play it up as Republicans and/or the GOP base trying to disenfranchise his voters.

I am also so sick of his over-the-top sneering when he talks about abortion. And his fawning agreement with that caller that he keeps playing over and over again is sickening.
All I can think of when I listen to that is how proponents of slavery would have used the very same arguments Boortz is using to insult and denigrate pro-lifers, and I use THAT term, “pro-life” just to piss Boortz off.

That’s the most reasonable assumption...Boortz/Erickson WSB (mother station = cox media) word gets handed down: “don’t go there”.
The attorney Hatfield presented the evidence to the Judge. Including evidence that Obama Sr. was not and never was a citizen of the United States he also explained what a “Natural Born Citizen was and who qualified by using SCOTUS rulings. Three or four witnesses were Questioned on the stand about information they had received from Gov. Agencies in regards to Obama’s father and citizenship. The hearing may have lasted 20 min. or so. And the hearing adjourned. No questions from the Judge. I guess he will make a ruling soon.
It was a one sided hearing - no Obama and no Obama lawyer in the room.
The live stream on the net was very hard to hear as the microphone and camera for the stream was in the back of the Courtroom.
Boortz is a joke but then again so is every pro choice libertarian.

If we could just disenfranchise the felons, illegal aliens, serial voters and the dead, Obama would lose in a landslide to Chum Lee of Pawn Stars.
The internet is an excellent source of news. There’s a big enough selection, that you can be assured of getting the news you want to hear.

It embarrasses me when fellow FReepers behave this way. This is a highly intellectually advanced and considerate group that I'm proud of. Don't tarnish that.

I’m no fan of Boortz and certainly not Obama, however the Court system is never going to uphold a ruling that makes Obama ineligible. The pursuit is futile and counter productive. It is not ridiculous but I think it is misguided.
How are romney’s policy and record different than Obama’s? Not his stump speech. His record and policies before it was cool to be a conservative.
I disagree, Sven. Just because the COLB or LFBC were admitted into evidence doesn’t follow that he’s automatically qualified. The issue is that Obama Sr. was a British citizen, evidenced on the BC and admitted to by NObama himself...thus NObama is not natural-born.
Having said that, I had a thought last night that was mentioned upthread here, and on another thread. NObama may very well be deemed ineligible here in Georgia. It is the logical way to decide this case, based on precedent case law. However the DOJ will file suit based on “disenfranchisement”. IMO that’s the only way NObama can play this. “If you deny me access to the ballot, you are denying voters the right to vote for the candidate of their choosing.”
How long does someone have to be here before he can express his opinion? After all, it does say "Jump right in!" on the front page.
