I have been told multiple times, that the U6 (What’s at 16% now) was the formula that they used when Carter reached his 10%, and Universal Unemployment, was used during the Depression, and is over 20% now. Is that correct? Can anyone tell me definitively?

So wait, what you're saying is we're NOT in an economic recovery?
Somebody should let the MSM in on this!

I quit watching fox news as they began drifting left, (I get all my news online now), but I’m willing to bet, no MSM news outlet is reporting or will report this.
I do watch fox news when someone links a FR post to it, other than that I got really sick of what is going on there.

Going for an interview on Thursday. I’ve lost three jobs in the past 13 months. Not quitting yet.

The MSM avoids this number like the plague.
That should be the first thing out of a GOP candidate's mouth ever day and it's not.
Force the damned MSM to cover it!

Wonder how people who just graduated from school and can’t find a job are counted? They can’t draw unemployment since they haven’t been employed yet.

Most all young couples. After the woman gets off her maternity leave. One or the other becomes (by choice) unemployed. After all someone has to stay home. Better to do that and still collect nearly as much as when employed. Also it more than evens out, as they do take advantage of the entire system. State WIC. State food stamp card (with choice of direct cash deposit) local food charities,, as well mom or grandma helping out.
