***What If The Sphinx Is A Woman***

Consider this.....History in written by the victors....I was watching a great series on Netflix.... "The Pyramid Code" which provides a much more reasonable explanation of things Egypt than the standard "tales"
We keep being told the Pyramids were tombs built by Pharaohs, but there were never any mummies found in the Great Pyramid.....
Another thought that was raised was that there were great Female Pharaohs that reigned over great years of peace, but who were then almost erased by religious leaders, MEN, who followed them..
To this end I offer the suggestion that all Egyptologists ignore: That the nose of the Sphinx was removed to prevent others from seeing the resemblance to a female....
I will rely on more HTML folks to provide a picture of the Sphinx, and you all can ponder the possibilities

I've seen the Pyramid Code and the fact you consider it reasonable screams you need to have your discernment meter checked. This thing is on par with Ancient Aliens and Atlantis shows.

The weathering and decay show well. Compared to the hard lines and features of the head...The contrast is noticeable when you look at it...Body worn to blocks...Head has sharp features....Hmmmm.

Anubis makes a lot more sense, both in proportions and just general shape, but also in symbology of Egypt. There also were periods in Egypt when they jumped back and forth between gods or even a brief monotheistic phase where they only allowed worship of Ra and either destroyed or defaced opposing god’s images- thus why Anubis would be changed. (or it could have simply broken and they changed it to something that fit what was left).

That’s a very interesting question, but I think if we look back, we can see that historically, reigns lead by women were no more peaceful that those led by men. I’m thinking Catherine the Great, Cartimandua, (even Boudiccea), and many of the English queens. I’m not sure a good case can be made for peaceful women, but you may have some better examples.

    I'm more interested in the
argument by geologists that the deep erosion in the sides of the Sphinx was made by
rain, not by wind and sand. That would mean that the core statue dates back before 5,000 B.C. - far earlier than the Egyptian dynasties credited for its creation.
