Right about now, you're probably starting to receive Christmas cards from friends and family. It's pretty safe to assume that most of them are adorned with candid shots of smiling faces, and some even have a picture of the newest addition to the family: a kid or man's best friend. Well a Christmas card from San Juan's mayor just earned him a spot on the famous blog "AwkwardFamilyPhoto.com."...

Bizarre and creepy!
Wtf?
This will make the World Wildlife Fund go ape! Hah!
I got this as part of a package which highlighted the new educational, sports and entertainment venues that the city has built, to include this picture which was shot at the new natural history museum. Why did they pose with a cheetah chewing on an antelope? The heck do I know.
Puerto Rico Ping! Please Freepmail me if you want on or off the list.
Wow
Very nice. This gives me an idea. I’ll have a card made of my family standing around a gutted deer hanging from a tree that my son killed this season.

I don’t get it. What’s wrong with a Christmas card in Español?
He paid a lot for the taxidermy and wanted to show it off.
Thanks for the info. I thought perhaps the mayor was so vain that he figured everyone wanted to see a couple of his trophies from his hunt last year that he paid tons of money to get mounted.
Definitely wierd. He´s apparently well-known for this, however, and some of his earlier cards have been pretty strange (and wildlife themed) too.
What happened to the lion lying down with the lamb?
“Que esta” Navidad?
LOL! I don’t speak Spanish and even I know it’s “Feliz” Navidad.
I don’t get it either. It does snow in PR doesn’t it?
It's not the caption, it's the picture. You can clearly see the string supporting one of the snowflakes; major faux pas.
Having family portrait taken with your pet leopard and pet impala together is always a risky proposition.
It means "May this Christmas..." The words below it mean "brighten your dream."
Merry Jaguar Kill Bitemas!
