If I searched this whole wide world
I’d never, never, never find me a girl
Who’d love me the way that you do
Huh, cause you’re, shama-lama, huh
in my rama-lama-ding-dong, baby, huh
You put the ooooh-mau-mau, oh-oh-oh-oh
(Back) into my smile child
Hey, that is why (that is why)
That is why (that is why)
You are my sugar-doo-dee-doop, huh (yeah)
You put the shama-lama, baby, ding-dong
Hey, you put the ooooh-mau-mau, oh-oh-oh-oh
Back into my smile child, huh
That is why (that is why)
That is why (that is why)
You are my sugar-doo-dee-doop (yeah)
And I love this love we share
Stronger than the others
No one else can compare
Stronger than the highest mountain and the deepest sea
Hey, you put the shama-lama baby in my rama-lama, ding-dong
Hey, you put the ooooh-mau-mau, oh-oh-oh-oh
Back into my smile child
Hey, that is why (that is why)
That is why (that is why)
You are my sugar-doo-dee-doop (yeah)
Shama-lama baby in my rama-lama, ding-dong
Hey, you put the ooooh-mau-mau, oh-oh-oh-oh
Back into my smile child, huh
Hey, that is why (that is why)
That is why (that is why)
You are my sugar-doo-dee-doop (yeah)

Great! I had forgotten all about those guys! My fave cover of Papa Ooh Mow Mow was by the Beach Boys in a live concert recording from ‘64 or ‘65 iirc.

The original was done by the Trashmen......and called
Surfin' Bird. Very popular with the troops in VN and later on in Iraq, Joe.
