This verdict will not play well in Italy.

... poor Amanda, the person who heard the tortured screams of Meredith, supposedly from the other room, yet didn’t bother to find out what was going on while she is being stabbed 40+ times.

Oh, no, no, no. You've got to stay up with Amanda. That isn't her story any longer. That was what the police 'made her say'. Her sob story to the jury that led to her acquittal based on feelings and emotion was ... "I'm not a promiscuous vamp. I'm not violent ... I have not killed, I have not raped, I was not there, I was not present," ...

All her early alibis turned out to be provable lies

All the overwhelming evidence,DNA inside and outside of Meredith, bloody hand print on pillow, convicted the REAL killer, Rudy Guede.........

Everything else was just BS to help a frenzied prosecutor throw in a naive American college girl and her boyfriend for headline purposes..........

Rudolph Guede - Convicted Murderer

I believe all jurisdictions that operate under the Napoleonic Code have presumption of guilt. That would include Louisiana. And Aruba. I don’t think that means a person can’t get a fair trial - but I don’t like the state getting the home field advantage.

Here's your chance dude, now that Amanda has been found innocent, you can start a crusade to free Rudolph Guede..........Free Rudy! Free Rudy! Free Rudy!......LOL!

And BTW, Guede wasn't framed by Amanda Knox, his confession to a prison cellmate and his subsequent DNA that was found INSIDE THE BODY of the deceased female were what got him convicted.......Did I mention his own bloody hand prints found at the scene?

“It is a case of finding out what happened to Meredith and get some justice for her.”

Someone is already in jail serving a sentence for her murder. Methinks that’s enough justice.

“Hehehe. I’d say that you’re the one on the side with the liberals.”

Only ignoramuses decide what to believe based on the opposite of what their enemies believe.

“I just don’t know how Merediths blood got all over Amandas feet and clothes.”

I don’t know how, either, seeming as how no one’s detected them there. A better question might be how do you know it was there?

No. As you correctly point out, Rudy is guilty as sin.

The innocent man framed by Amanda Knox was Patrick Lumumba, the owner of a popular bar in town:

"He wanted her. ... Raffaele and I went into another room and then I heard screams. ... Patrick and Meredith were in Meredith's bedroom while I think I stayed in the kitchen. ... I can't remember how long they were together in the bedroom, but the only thing I can say is that at a certain point I remember hearing Meredith's screams and I covered my ears. ... I can't remember if Meredith was screaming and if I heard thuds but I could imagine what was going on."

Solely because of Knox's claim that Lumumba murdered Meredith, he was arrested and sat in jail for two weeks before being released when the police discovered about a hundred eyewitnesses who could place him at his bar all night, the night of the murder.

If the police were intent on framing Knox for the murder, they were easily distracted by this wild goose chase.

Knox later said she falsely accused Lumumba only because the police wanted her to do so.

But absent Knox's false accusation, there would have been no reason for the police to consider Lumumba a suspect in the first place. He was a successful entrepreneur in Perugia, married with a child, and had no connection whatsoever to the murdered girl.

“only because an emotional jury overturned the previous verdict which was based on facts”

You have it backwards. The original conviction was based on no evidence, and the second verdict based on that lack of evidence.

The innocent man framed by Amanda Knox was Patrick Lumumba, the owner of a popular bar in town:

He wasn't framed, "Framing" an individual entails leaving false evidence at the scene of his alleged crime. His name was given by Amanda as a possible scenario when she was questioned by the police as to what happened. Even tho he spent only two weeks in jail, he wasn't convicted of anything. In fact, he was awarded a substantial amount of money to the tune of $22,000 Euros due to the statement given by Amanda.

All thing being equal, Amanda Knox should be awarded the same equivalent based on her 4 1/2 years of false imprisonment.......Does $2.5 million euros sound fair to you? That's what it equates to.........

OK, so you believe what the prosecution said they had for “evidence”, and I don’t. From early on I’ve been suspicious of the case against her. Much of what’s been reported about the case, especially at first, has been just plain wrong.

Is she really guilty? Only she knows for sure. But the case against her was not just weak, but largely compromised and in a few places, invented.

Of course we all have sympathy for the girl that was killed. My sympathy does not extend however, far enough to punish a probably innocent person for the crime. Maybe that works for you, but not for me. Remember, there’s a third person here that WAS convicted of the crime on far stronger evidence, and is still serving his time.
