Regardless of whether or not she killed that girl, I still think she’s not guilty as hell.
To: Red Badger
From everything I read I believe she was at the house when the girl was killed but did not participate in the murder.

I haven’t seen a single persuasive bit of evidence that leads me to believe she’s guilty at all. I think she’s been railroaded by an overzealous prosecutor.

‘Cause Laz isn’t the only one who would hit it.
To: ExtremeUnction
Yes, she walked around the house, with blood all over and did not see it. LOL

Maybe she and Casey Anthony can duke it out on an episode of “Celebrity Boxing”?

I have seen nothing to convince me she was not guilty.

There is no doubt that Rudy Guede raped and murdered the girl.
Most rapist/murderers don't have accomplices.
The whole idea that he did was the sweaty fantasy of a pervert judge known for his bizarre sexual appetites.

What if your daughter had been murdered? Would it have been a big joke then?
To: org.whodat
So she has to prove her innocence, huh?

Now, they are saying it will be less than 10 minutes on FOXnews. At 2:35 central. I bet she will be innocent.

Congratulations! I didn’t think it was possible to come up with a concept that would make me want to watch another second of Tot Mom ever again.

You are a fool if you think an American could get a fair trial in an Italian court. Is it a “big joke” to you that Knox is somebody’s daughter and was sentenced to prison with no evidence by a kangaroo court?
To: Ramius
Guilty. On looks,, and guilty also. Innocent people don’t concoct 3 separate alibis. Just another Washington state female student psychopath. All her early alibis turned out to be provable lies.

Personally, what I have learned out of this is that Italian “justice” can be anything but just. Some of the “facts” that have come out of the news coverage regarding the Italian police methods of interrogation, the lawsuits filed by police and prosecutors over statements by Knox and her parents, have shown me that I really never want my “liberty” to be in the hands of an Italian judicial system.
I have no opinion as to whether she is guilty or not guilty, but I do have an opinion on how corrupt the Italian legal/justice system is.
