Let's suppose Cain wins the nomination. Do you think he's going to pal around with Palin on the campaign trail or pick her as VP?
The honest answer is "No". Cain would need independents and Palin has a lot of negatives, also, she's from Alaska, not a key state. The simple truth of the matter is Palin is no longer important as some think she is. And any candidate that latches on to her, or rather, let's Sarah latch on to them could quite possibly end up losing the independents. So, watch for the nominee to distance himself (whoever he might be) from Palin. The base would be with Cain, Palin could only drive potential voters away.
Again, if you think about this honestly, I think her time in the bright lights is coming to an end.
In full disclosure I was a big time Sarah fan, but no longer, Cain is my guy now and I'm not switching away from him.
Kudos to you for being from Texas and giving me a good impression.
Sarah has recently made enormous inroads with independents...
That is a stupid comment. Your a freeper, you can do better than that.
Thanks! Never been a big Perry fan. I think he’s an opportunist & I have had to vote for him every time he’s run because he’s the lesser of 2 evils. That gets old.
Have always been a BIG fan of Sarah’s, though, & I don’t think anyone could have held up as well as she has from the avalanche of hatred she’s endured. Sometimes from both sides.
Look deeply into my eye. Can you spot anyone who cares? Cain is “your man”. Wow! He’s feeling the love already.
Bottom line is that Sarah Palin has done it all, with one exception, and is still young and influential and still out there plugging while so many women just want to be pampered, and that is very sad. She makes some woman look bad even though it is unintentional God bless her she is way out in front of the rest of us.
Is it really necessary for each camp to disparrage the other? It’s obvious you are not for Sarah...so you think we should all just give up?
Go suck an egg! You must be for Perry or Romney or Cain.
You might be number 16 on the PDS’ers list.
Damn, how did you figger that out? This person is for someone who is actually running.
unbelievable but true
I’ll try harder. My indifference to political gadflies has been holding me back.
How's that twisty, windy thing workin' out for ya?
>>> Whole heartedly endorse him? She couldnt (or wouldnt) even get his name right the other day. >>>
As of “the other day” - he had not won the nomination yet. What do you supposed will happen?
My Mother always told me “make your words sweet, you will eat a lot of them in your life.” Applies here.
So sweety...you are wrong!
I’ve got news for you, Scythian. It’s the independents, disaffected Democrats and tea party Republicans that are Palin’s natural constituency. If she wanted to, she could run as an independent and would have a darn good chance of winning a three way race. People don’t love the Republican party so much as the loathe the Obama led Democrat party. If the Republicans were smart(the stupid party?), they’d fall all over themselves to nominate Palin and celebrate in Nov 2012 their largest victory since Ronald Reagan.
I think many of you are missing how much establishment elite politicians of both parties are despised by average citizens. There’s a rebellion brewing. Palin 2012
You wish....she couldn’t get elected mayor of wasilla now...
You wish....she couldn’t get elected mayor of wasilla now...
I don’t think so. You are mixed up.
You said Scythian must be for another candidate.
You were *buzz* right about that. I was just agreeing. All I added was that the poster has moved on to a person who hasn’t a problem stepping up to the plate.
So...what’s with the attitude?
You just gave me the best laugh I had all day and its been a fairly bad day. For that I thank you Freeper.
