A few others. A story concerning concealed carry, one about missile development, but yes, it’s the birther thing that fascinates me.

You’ve been here nearly a year. Obama’s done some truly, almost indescribably terrible things since you joined. Surely you’ve criticized him at least once.

Link?

YOU said: "And you can tell your BFF Fabia that Obama’s minions used a freedom of religious speech case to support their claims the US adopted feudal subjectship law as the definition of a free & soverreign citizen."

Uh, I don't follow all of what you said, but I think the feudal stuff came from you, last night on this same thread. Because the way I read your stuff, you said we were getting our law from Saxony whatever, although I think you maybe picked the wrong Saxony.:

Saxony or Saxon Stuff

Plus, take my word, you don't want to irritate my BFF Fabia Sheen, Esq., because she is VERY smart, and absolutely verbally vicious and ruthless on law stuff. You saw what she did to poor Diogene's Lamp, above. And that was like a 5 minute job for her to read the stuff and dictate the notes to me on what to say. (Oh, I bet he is still having to sit on a pillow!!!)

Who would be a candidate for your new, correctly-rebuilt, Supreme Court? How about Mark Levin? He wrote a book about how the Supreme Court is destroying America, in fact that’s the subtitle. He’s a solid conservative and he has blasted the Roe and Kelo decisions. Ah, but Mark Levin thinks the Vattel-birther theory is crap.

>> Madison defined “Born Citizen” as something more than dirt under the birth mess.

That’s good.

Honestly? You haven’t criticized Obama once in an entire year?

Not even once?

You’re pulling my leg. You were just waiting for me to write this sort of post, so you could pop the link up there and prove me wrong.

Okay, I’ll play. Let’s see it. Post me the best link you have of you ripping into the marxist man-child, and making mincemeat of him and his sickening policies. I’m all eyes!

Why these ad-hominem attacks on me rather than the issue? And why bring up Obama — this thread is about Rubio’s eligibility, remember?

No argument: I’m here on the birther thing. So?

“Link?”

Well, you can find the one on concealed carry here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2752219/posts
With that I think I’m done responding to ad-hominem stuff.

How is it ad hominum to ask politely if you’ve ever criticized Obama? That is some amazingly thin skin you have.

Ad hominem?

You think conservatives are stupid rubes.

Yes, it’s an instructive thread. I’ve learned it is rude, on a conservative site no less, to politely ask someone if they’re pro-life. I’ve always learned it’s ad hominum to even inquire whether a year-long member of FR has ever criticized Obama. This is not the standard definition of ad hominum. Just more of that good ole post-modern shuckin’ and jiven’, I guess.

Ah, lifted from Leo Donofrio’s blog.

Not sure where you think it came from, but your bloviating still does not show any valid detail overthrowing that determination by the Supreme Court.

Show the US Supreme Court CASE that overturned that specific holding.

A pregnant French woman becomes a naturalized US citizen. Then she goes to Mexico and gives birth to her baby. What country is her child a citizen of?

Apparently you didn’t even get the point that was being made, which was that Vattel was cited as the best expert on citizenship. What did your friend say about that?

And your lawyer friend is so full of logical fallacies that I wouldn’t pay a dime for her services.

Geez, we must have English teachers who are skipping the lesson on deriving the main point from a writing.

The point is that the statements have been scrubbed and altered, and screencaps prove that. Why have they altered these various places?

And it’s not just the places where Kenya is named as his place of birth. Sources saying that he was born at Queens Hospital - including snopes.com - were edited when they settled on the claim that he was born at Kapiolani instead.

Why have all these citations been altered, as proven by screencaps?

The larger point being made was that there was no point in addressing the definition of NBC if Obama was born in Kenya so that’s why people were focused on his place of birth rather than on the definition of NBC.

And to this date we have not seen a genuine Hawaii birth certificate for Obama. We’ve seen 2 forged birth certificates, as confirmed by the HDOH which still claims that Obama has not waived his privacy rights on his genuine BC. If either of the BC’s Obama presented were genuine he would have waived any privacy rights.

So we STILL don’t know where he was born or who his parents were - both of which factor into natural born citizenship, as unanimously confirmed by the US Senate in their resolution’s rationale for saying McCain was NBC. We can’t get to the issues of law until we have resolved the facts of the case, and what we’ve gotten instead of facts is criminal activity by both Obama and the HDOH (which had a legal responsibility to report the forgery to law enforcement as soon as Obama posted each of the forgeries, or else be guilty of misprision of forgery).

Oh, geez. Have you looked at what Donofrio has shown on that judge? It’s blatant. It’s literally editing out the parts of a written statement that the judge didn’t want to see.

It’s even worse than the judge in the Strunk case, who ruled that it was a “reasonable search” for the Passport Office to search post-1978 records when looking for something older than 1967, or the judge who ruled that 20,000 didn’t meet the minimum requirement of $500, or the judge who ruled that ex parte twitters by total illiterates had already decided a legal case for him...

Shall I go on? How strong is your stomach to deal with the putrid stench coming out of the courts?
