Trude Nycole Anderson filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court alleging that Derek Wright, owner of Pleasant Creek-based Lone Peak Controls and D&L Electric Control Co., sexually harassed her for years. Part of that harassment included a provocative memo mandating a day-by-day work attire schedule, the suit maintains.
A copy of the complaint obtained by the Salt-Lake Tribune outlines the proposed dress code. The schedule called for Mini-skirt Monday, Tube-top Tuesday, Wet T-shirt Wednesday, No bra Thursday, and Bikini top Friday.
Wright supervised Anderson at D&L Electric Control for almost four years. During that time, he repeatedly asked Ms. Anderson about her breast size and talked about her breasts in front of other employees, according to the complaint.
The 44-year-old Anderson also claims that Wright slapped her on the buttocks and taunted her.
A single mother, Anderson believes she was targeted because her supervisor knew she could not afford to lose her job and would be hesitant to report the harassment. Upon reporting her supervisor in February 2011, she was fired almost immediately.
Anderson is suing for wrongful termination as well as for battery and emotional distress.

There is always the door and a knee to the groin, which represent the solutions of a healthy free society, rather than the deeply sick, litigation based society are drowning in.
Followed by jail for assault, loss of custody of your child, and a hard time finding a new job with a felony conviction on your record.
What’s your problem? This is a humorous thread. I post a frumpy pic of an old bag and you call me a lair and John Dean. You have a thing for Helen Thomas?
I think Minn was referring to the "going to find a reason to sue" folks who take perfectly innocent, respectful comments and twist them around.
A former boss of mine (God rest his soul) was a great guy. A bit of a throwback, told off-color jokes sometimes, but over all, a good man. Wonderful boss to work for, always happy to share information, always looking for opportunities to help his people grow professionally. Never, not once in all our years together, did he address me in a manner that I found inappropriate. The only times he ever touched me were to pat me on the back (literally, as he did with everyone else, including the men in the office) for a job well done, and a hug of comfort when I learned that my baby nephew had died (I was crying at the time).
After I moved to a different division in the company, I found out that a person hired to replace my spot launched a lawsuit against him. Those paternal pats and "atta boys" were construed as sexual. Unreal. This fine man lost this job, was terminated immediately. As soon as I heard, I contacted the National office and insisted to the President of the company that he was innocent, that I would happily testify in his defense. Everyone around him, including the women, made similar offers, as well. It did not matter; my boss was gone, his reputation in tatters.
There are morons out there; I know, I've worked for them, had my backside slapped by them, had my chest grabbed at the coffee pot by them, been propositioned by them. Sleazy creeps who think that because a woman is young, blond, and wears pretty dresses to work, that she's somehow not a lady with a brain for businesses. But there are also folks out there looking for an excuse to make some money for any imaginary charges they can trump up.

Reminds me of a funny story.
Back in college, I was working as a night manager at BK.
My husband (then my fiancee) worked a few miles away and would occassionally stop in on his way home to say hello.
I jumped on the register because we were short-handed, turned to two male customers, and asked, "How can I help you?"
One of the men replies, "Babe, why don't you jump on the counter, dance naked, and spill milk all over yourself?"
"Why don't you ask my fiancee?" I informed him. "He's standing right behind you."
This poor sap turns around, cranes his neck up to look at Tony (who looked, at the time, like an enforcer for the mob) and started stammering. His friend's jaw dropped open.
They very respectfully ordered their meals and called me "Ma'am" from that point forward.
Oh my gosh, this guy is a total pig. He probably thinks he is Austin Powers. I hope she rakes him over the coals. He is too stupid to run a business.
I have been harassed, and it isn’t flattering or funny, it is disgusting and frustrating—especially when you need the job. The minute I was in a position to quit, I did, and I never looked back. I’m sure the jerk I worked for was shaking in his shoes, waiting for the lawsuit that never came. I hope it gave him an ulcer.
She’ll own the company when this is over.
I’d LIKE to see the problem here....
It's called "Eau de Grizzled Bear." It smells like bacon.
Chicks dig it.
Either this was meant to be a joke or the guy really was begging for this lawsuit. I mean, what sort of business does he think he’s running - a strip club?
Sounds like this guy not only crossed the line, he pole vaulted it.
Really?
Really?
If he really did all this then he is a fool
Kind of reminds me of the story of the young Stonehedge Grad was sent to the boonies for his first posting.
Upon arrival, a Senior Officer was filling him on on the details of the job and the many outlets the men had (back before women in the field) for relaxation.
“On Sunday, we play a little football, get drunk and end up brawling”.
“On Monday, we play cards, get drunk and end up brawling”.
“On Tuesday, we have a smoker, get drunk and end up brawling”.
“On Wednesday, half of us dress up like women and we have a dance, get drunk and end up brawling”.
The BNG interrupted his host and said “I don’t like the idea of half the men dressing as women etc, but then again you must think I am some kind of bloody anti homosexual”.
To which the host replied, “Oh my goodness, I guess you will be staying in your quarters on Thursdays”.
Nice post.
I have had women grab my quads, slap me on the butt, and so forth, and I did not respond. Just blew it off in confusion, maybe took it as flattery after the fact and thought about it. Of course, I was too much of a social nerd to take up on it, whatever, might have gotten laid a lot more if not so socially inept......
There most definitely are two sides to this issue, most just get reported from the female side............
The biggest challenge was that the interviewer was a red hot
brunette about 28 with 34 inch breast line and plenty of C cup cantaloupe cleavage. (An obvious test)
God, it was shear torture!
(Don't look at the breasts...look at her eyes.... look at the wall, look at her eyes..... look at the phone..... look at her eyes..... look down at my hands.) I think I did good, but not good enough to make her think I'm gay.
.
The workplace is for work.
Afraid not. Bottom feeders aren't extinct. They think anyone who is capable of being hurt deserves to be hurt and humiliated. The more someone else is hurt and humiliated, the funnier the morons think it is. They should never be given any power over other people. They will abuse that power every time. Then they'll gather with like-minded cretins, and laugh at the victims. When one of them becomes the victim, they're shocked at the lack of support from their fellow bottom feeders.
Assless chaps are for Friday. Weekend you know.
