Fonda was photographed sitting on an anti-aircraft gun during a visit to Vietnam in 1972. Fonda was photographed sitting on an enemy anti-aircraft gun during a visit to Vietnam in 1972.
There, I fixed it for ya, TMZ.

Some “youthful indiscretions” just stick with ya. Like herpes. TS, Jane.

From
Jammie Wearing Fool Well the record certainly is replete with examples of just the opposite.
Whenever stories about POWs getting tortured emerged, Fonda called them lies. When the POWs began coming home in 1973 and their accounts of torture began to gain credence, Fonda called the returning soldiers liars, hypocrites, and pawns. "Tortured men do not march smartly off planes, salute the flag, and kiss their wives," she said. "They are liars. I also want to say that these men are not heroes."

"they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear." 'Opposing the war' and 'actively aiding the enemy' are entirely two different things.

“For all you youngins ... Fonda was photographed sitting on an anti-aircraft gun during a visit to Vietnam in 1972. The incident has dogged her for years, earning her the nickname “Hanoi Jane.”

The lying arrogance is breathtaking, both from Fonda and the Commie Media providing her cover.
“For all you youngins”, it was MUCH more than that.
Fonda openly and repeatedly attacked our military and gave clear aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war.
Cancelled from a stupid INfomerical channel? Her life should have ended her life at the end of a rope 40 years ago.

"Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us." She played kissy face with the Viet Cong and gave them a photo op with her butt on an anti aircraft gun.
She should be grateful that our nation lacked the fortitude to execute her for treason, as she richly deserved.

Fonda protested the war.
Viewers threaten to protest Fonda.

I fail to see the distinction.
What WAS good enough for Fonda 40 years ago [the right to protest] is equally good for QVC viewers today.

Trying to figure out who is more stupid here: QVC for thinking we’ve forgotten, or Hanoi Jane for thinking we’ve forgotten.
I’ve not done business with QVC in the past but, seeing as how they had no qualms about inviting HJ on to plug her book, I certainly won’t do business with them in the future.

She knew or was substantially certain that her picture would be used against America by those with whom American men were fighting and dying. To me that is rendering “aid and comfort” to the enemy. She should rejoice that those running our country at the time were-(and are)-so vile, foul, corrupt and sick she avoided being tried and hung for Treason.

er...Jane...all of us didn't die in Vietnam...there are plenty of us around who saw your treasonous antics on TV and heard your words.
Witnesses like the POW you turned in for passing you a note, who was tortured for his mistake of trusting you - a supposed fellow American.
If I never see or hear about you again, it will be too soon. You should have hung on to Ted, he was your only hope.
