However, due to NASA's (Never A Strait Answer) history of denying the reality of UFO encounters and obscuring other important topics (such as anomalies on Mars), their true motivation for wanting to be involved remains unknown.
I have been optimistic of the possibilities of the technology, but the author started to lose me when he spelled straight s-t-r-a-i-t.
Worse, why is he making allusions to UFO "encounters" at all?! I hope the E-CAT doesn't wind up getting lumped with "Pyramid Power," Biorhythms, OOBEs and all that "para-normal" stuff. Get real plants up and running in countries that are lightly regulated, and laugh all the way to the bank and into the pages of history. DON'T TALK ABOUT UFOs!

Testing of Hyperion units by Greek government officials took place the first ten days of July. Nothing inspires confidence like an endorsement from Greek government officials.

The first application in the USA for the E-Cat will probably be "feedwater" heaters, that heat the water going into power plants. By pre-heating the water, less coal or fossil fuels would need to be burned. It would also make it more difficult to detect fraud.

This is a very exciting development, because it means many scientists are starting to realize the E-Cat technology is real. However, due to NASA's (Never A Strait Answer) history of denying the reality of UFO encounters and obscuring other important topics (such as anomalies on Mars), It's a conspiracy I tell ya.
(For those who are not aware, the B2 Bomber utilizes a positively charged leading edge and a negatively charged exhaust stream. The skin of the craft is a high capacity dielectric ceramic. When charged up, the entire B2 bomber is a giant capacitor. This creates an artificial gravitational field around the aircraft, which allows for greater speed and range.)
What a load of crap.

"When charged up, the entire B2 bomber is a giant capacitor. This creates an artificial gravitational field around the aircraft, which allows for greater speed and range.)" Hih??? I have been keeping an open mind about the E-CAT until I read this. Anyone who writes something like this has ZERO credibility to me.

This statement concerns me a bit:
- He [Rossi] is making "remarkable" progress on self sustaining E-Cats that do not require a constant input.
If 1) these devices provide an energy output in excess of the input and 2) that output can be converted to electricity, why in the world would it require progress, remarkable or otherwise, to tap the output, convert part of it to electricity, and substitute that for the constant input power?
Am I missing something obvious? I'd think that a fairly simple regulation circuit for the input power would certainly prevent any possibility of a runaway condition.
