I have been optimistic of the possibilities of the technology, but the author started to lose me when he spelled straight s-t-r-a-i-t.
Worse, why is he making allusions to UFO "encounters" at all?! I hope the E-CAT doesn't wind up getting lumped with "Pyramid Power," Biorhythms, OOBEs and all that "para-normal" stuff. Get real plants up and running in countries that are lightly regulated, and laugh all the way to the bank and into the pages of history. DON'T TALK ABOUT UFOs!
