Hih??? I have been keeping an open mind about the E-CAT until I read this. Anyone who writes something like this has ZERO credibility to me.

You get the same effect when your Muffler Belt turns the Gas Auger on your car's carburator, unless the Exhaust Sprocket jumps the cam. < /yeah, I'm kidding>

This may be the same author that wrote about fans being required on Pentium processors, because the spinning blades made the processor run faster. He hasn't a freakin' clue as to what he's writing about - it's just another free-lance job that pays a couple bucks.

That said, the E-Cat has certainly had many sets of eyes on it, many different experiement, many demonstrations - too many, IMHO, for this to be a fraud. If it were a fraud, it would have been 'outted' by now. Greece, again IMHO, is hedging the economic future of the mess they have created, on the 'hail Mary' pass that this device will pull their butts out of the fire.
