The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.
Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'Id rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'
He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.
The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

I don’t have to profess. Do you? Talk is cheap, pixels even cheaper. Got a thread you ought to bump. Find it.
Maybe you should read the whole article....
“Despite the protection afforded the accused after being acquitted from being tried in a criminal court, the accused can still be tried in a civil court”

You can recover from being a hippie and become a conservative, but its really hard to recover from being stupid.
yes just like a closet liberal to run away when the light shines on them
What's to answer. Your mind has been made up for a long time. If you think that fact makes the case, then that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. Others, including the 12 that actually performed their civic duty and actually have to live with the consequences (unlike the Nancy Graces and the keyboard jurors of the world) disagreed.
Lol. Project much??? Lmao. Profess away.
Look in the mirror.
Is your opinion that the photos were the most important evidence? Only the photos could sway the jury?
You just made no point whatsoever.
You said (and I quote)
“1) she was NOT AQUITTED.”
Technically true. She was ACQUITTED. You have to spell it right.
“Not guilty” is the same as “acquitted.”
See? You learned something today!
The question asked and predictably not answered was "how did the National Enquirer and Nancy Grace hype Casey Anthony's failure to report her child missing for 31 days into something much more than it was?"
Wanna try again? Didn't think so.
No kidding. And the people on this site are supposedly the conservative of the conservative who would fight to the death to uphold the constitution. The Sixth Amendment seems to not be part of that for some of these patriots.
I truly fear for the future of this country.
Did you read the MEs report? Do you know what OPINION means? Do you know that MEs are not suppose to give OPINIONS?
good for you, sez I
I answered you. That fact is not necessarily of first degree murder. Got It.
it takes more than that to put someone to death in this country, despite your personal beliefs.
With the evidence presented, she would not have been convicted of first degree murder by practically any jury.
Beyond that, I am not interested in satisfying your apparently insatiable need to keep arguing the case over and over. This thread is not about the case its about threats to the jury after the verdict.
No, my opinion is simply that those who watched on tv have NOT seen all of the evidence. The pictures were but an example of evidence tv watchers did not see. Your post, I think #63, suggested that you felt you (if you included yourself in that group of folks who had watched it all on tv) had seen all of the evidence presented. I just don’t think that’s true.
As I’ve noted elsewhere on this thread, I sure thought she was guilty, but I don’t pretend that watching the proceedings on tv is the same as being on the jury.
“We are just hopelessly intellectual, “
yeah I noticed how you were using gossip TV as legal evidence, very intellectual.
so what other parts of the Constitution do you wish to abolish?
” If the evidence does not fit...You must AKWITT!’
HOW’S THAT?
Oh pleeease....I don’t know who’s more of a drama queen, you or the juror.
You are so right. I do know better, too. Shame on me. It does no good to “feed the beast.”
