Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
Too bad he isn't a staunch defender of the US. He has helped put a multiple murderer back on the streets and helped to maintream pornography in the US. I get the idea he thinks the purpose of the US is to underwrite Israel.
“there wasn’t ONE joror who felt that she was guilt of manslaughter, and wasn’t willing to stick to his/her guns..hold the other juror’s feet to the fire, and if necesary, HANG the entire jury..deadlock it.”
That person would be a hero today!
Most of this stuff is fodder for the appeal.
If this is not a good example of why you should keep your mouth shut when dealing with authorities, nothing is. Yeah, she was lying...but she also would be sitting by a pool this morning if she had asked for an attorney and kept her mouth shut.
Will email you a link tonight. Guy watching the verdict goes CRAZY!
A man would’ve been convicted of at least manslaughter.
One of them was on tv early this am. Not the alternate guy - was a female and she was dumb as a box of rocks.
I was half asleep and tried to look at tv and see what number juror she was but the trailer didn’t say.
Apparently she never even considered any of the other options, she just said she couldn’t give the death penalty when the state did not prove it’s case - the interviewer should have come back and said that there were other options, not only the death penalty.
what about sean penn
Jurors are upset beCuz they got conned into making that decision. I’m telling you. I truly think the jury was rigged....11 mush heads and a plant.
I think I see what the defense is trying to do but would think double jeopardy for the lies would apply only if the state NOW that they lost the main counts were trying to bring the lying charges anew. Since they were all tried at once, where’s the double jeopardy?
I am ill.
The fact that the jury came back so fast is a good indication of how weak the case was. If there were any jurors who thought they could convict, it would have been two or three days.
11 hours for something like this indicates that the prosecution sucked. No matter what the folks on TV want you to think.
Contrary to what I've always understood, I was told that If it was a 12 person jury, they only needed 9 jurors for a verdict. Truthie??

I haven’t looked at this - don’t think it’s the interview I saw. “I didn’t say she was innocent” blech!
CA wearing makeup and a hairdo (sort of) this morning....guess she’s ready to great the public now.... ((rolls eyes))
Thats in a civil case, NOT a criminal case. Criminal cases need to be unanimous.
-too busy watching the circus
No doubt. George agreed to be the fall guy, knowing he would never be charged.
She was juror #3.
