Fine, he has an intellectual stammer. You just keep saying it long enough and you might convince yourself. I am not buying it.
The ideas he supports and pushes are what I base my conclusion on, that he is an idiot. And a dangerous and very very costly idiot to this country.

Options:
1. His brain does not perform at an optimal level, possibly due to drugs or repeated head injury. Or perhaps repeated head injury while using drugs.
2. He is not sure how to translate the Arabic to English.
3. He has to work hard at not ending every sentence with allau akbar (or whatever that is).
4. Parsing words - “...let me be clear...” vs. BEING CLEAR.
5. He knows that most people by now realize he is full of crap and has to work extra hard at shoveling the BS at us.
