Thanks to IOwnTheWorld for catching this. Gov. Palin was on "Justice with Judge Jeanine" on FOX (I haven't heard of this show) Sara "Sounds" different and Presidential as hell! Some voice coaching perhaps?

Cain also speaks in platitudes about how he’ll identify the problem, bring in the best people to solve it, take the best advice, etc.. He uses that in part to avoid discussing issues he’s clueless about, but it is not in any way reassuring.
Palin has a track record of being a transformative executive in government, which is a whole different thing and what we need.

Cain doesn’t take away the race card at all. Black conservatives are seen as betraying their race and needing to be defeated even more than white conservatives. There’s actually more room for public support for a conservative woman than a conservative black.

I don’t consider “she talks funny”, or any variation thereof, as a serious criticism. Never have and never will.

I don’t think you have to worry about Palin being invited onto the veep slot. No Establishment moderate would invite her, Cain’s very unlikely to be the candidate, but even if he or another conservative would, they wouldn’t ask her either.
Her only chance in 2012 is at the top.

Interesting, thanks, I did not know that. Makes sense though. At this point I'm just encouraged that she may be doing something. I guess the proof will be in the next stem winding speech she'll make. If she can get through that without.....well, I'll just leave it at that, and say I'm optimistic.

True, but Cain is gaining recognition. Sarah has more, but she also has high negatives, which Cain does not. Polls show that people tend to react positively to Cain once they are exposed to him, but most have already formulated an opinion about Sarah.
the time for playing nice-nice is over. it's time to rip into the govt machine that has been pushing to undermine the financial foundation of the country.

That last thing Palin needs is a first-time Congressman on her ticket. It’s no good having her get the nomination if she doesn’t continue on to beat Obama.
