Yeah, I know. But there are millions of women over 40 who are not necessarily voting for a millennial. Hipness is not an issue for the folks over 50, either. She needs to project executive competence, not look like a cable news anchor wearing extensions (whether she does or not).

I live in a rural area. The conservative women I know, aged 45-80, do not care for Sarah. Her voice is part of it. Her look is part of it. Sarah can poll. She is totally aware of who she needs to convince and how to convince them. She can do it or not.

Hopefully, you are not advocating that she stay stuck in some time warp. All women change their hair, makeup and style as necessary. If the presentation does not further the agenda, hopefully, she has the creativity to change it and the brains to do so gradually.
