I like her, but she could use a speech coach. She should speak in short sentences like Reagan and stop yelling into the microphone.

Boy I hope so, the big test will be when she’s in front of a crowd. She tends to raise her voice and it’s really grating. I was wondering how long it would be until someone made sure that got fixed.

I think in general political speeches are tougher for women than men, their voices are higher of course, and tend to sound shrill when they try to get the volume up to the level of a stump speech.

I would vote for Palin in the general election, but I will be voting for Herman Cain in the primary.

I think he is more electable than Palin because he doesn’t have the high negatives that Palin needs to overcome, and his voice is much less irritating.

Also, I think his executive experience is stronger than Palin. Don’t get me wrong. I love Sarah Palin. But I do think Cain is the better candidate.

Yes, I noticed on her Hannity interview she had appeared to have taken voice coaching......she’s not near as “nasally”.

She sounds great and her composure is excellent.

I agree a studio is different, so now that she’s fixed her “inside voice”, maybe it will carry over to he “outside voice”.

Palin has "grown up" as a candidate in the past 2 1/2 years; the voice is the biggest valid flaw she has left (to the extent that her voice is even relevant to her effectiveness), and she's working on it. That's pretty high praise indeed. She's not the only great potential candidate we have, but she is one of the best.

She is still ending all her -ing words without the g. But she is getting to be such a wonderful off the cuff speaker. Her content is fast and clear and great. I don’t mind her northern folksy accent, but I know that snobby shallow people find it to mean “Stupid.” Of course, the same people would call Snoop Dogg a genius.

I don’t think she is vocally stressing the way
she must do when Union Thugs and Moon Bats are
screaming in the background.

I would like to coach her and would volunteer
my services to help her learn to “project” her
voice without damaging her vocal chords.

Pitching her mid range lower and belting from
the diaphragm will make an instant improvement
and her voice will last.

"She is still ending all her -ing words without the g."

Obama does that too.

Speaking only from having watched Mr. Cain's "announcement" speech....to my ears, there's way too much "southern baptist preacher" in there....coupled with a very annoying laugh/giggle.

I'll throw up a little bit in my throat when I say this, but the stain is a better public speaker than either of them.

OK .... OK..... he only reads what's on his trusty teleprompter....but he reads well.

The debates are going to be fun, because the stain WILL NOT have his trusty teleprompter.
