As soon as you type this in English I'll be more than happy to insult you in kind....go smoke some more weed in the dorm.
If Palin’s not carrying the South on her own, she’s not winning overall — whoever her running mate is.
She will certainly carry Oklahoma, and Texas....but what about Georgia, the Carolina's, Virginia etc?
Oh, and I agree—an all-female ticket is not the answer.
I've already said that I would have no problem voting for Sarah, although I will vote for Cain in the primary whether she runs or not.
And if Palin runs and wins the Republican nomination, I will vote for her. But I think there are an awful lot of voters in the general election who have just learned not to like her from two and a half years of constant denigration in the media, and her shrill voice is off-putting, which doesn't help.
Again, if the Republican nominee can’t carry those states anyway, he/she will lose in a landslide to Obama as it is. Virginia is a battleground state, but I don’t see Herman helping there.
Huh?
What a load of rubbish!
You are falling for the Democrats/MSM game. How is this “race card” playing out for 0bozo then? I seem to recall 0bozo’s numbers shot right down after 0bozo played the race card in the Henry Louis Gates police case?
Ad how is it going to play out when we conservatives drag out 0bozo’s 20 years of attendance at the arch racist, Jeremiah Wright's “church” (something that McCain refused to do, but a candidate Plain WILL surely do)?
“If you look at Cain's TV appearances and debate appearances, he is much more reserved, and much less strident sounding than Palin.”
Cain hasn't been under attack from the lamestream media for even ONE THOUSANDTHS what Sarah Plain has been through. Sarah Plain is still standing and strong as ever, DESPITE by far the most vicious attacks from the LSM that any politician has received in modern American history.
“Also, although it is unfair, Palin will never be able to overcome the “stupid” label that has been painted on her in the media since 2008”
If Palin runs,(and I think she will), she will blow 0bozo out of the water...and you can take that to the bank.
[... All women change their hair, makeup and style as necessary...]
Yes we do.
But classy women buck the trends and wear what
is best for their body type and coloring.
Sarah’s look is unique and timeless. She doesn’t
look like a fad. She looks like a Sarah.
RUN SARAH, RUN!
Obama seems to do that fluff quite well. Still I'll settle for Palin. Instead of being reassured by her tone and delivery, I'm reassured by the content of her speeches and the absolute assurance that she genuinely means what she says. The reason the extreme left fringe is okay with Obama talking about his "Muslim faith", and correcting that to claim his Christian faith is that they assume he is lying. The reason they hate Palin and real Americans love her is that no matter what she says we all believe she is sincere, whether she says she is Christian, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-life, or pro-military. Obama gets a pass from his base because he's a liberal and allowed to lie; Palin irritates the left mainly because she's sincere, she supports good over evil, and she's capable.

RUN SARAH, RUN!
Well, we will just have to disagree.
Audrey Hepburn was timeless.
Sarah’s present look is not, nor is it unique.
However, I will bet anyone that eventually, she will develop a look that is both. As someone old enough to be her mother, I think it is time she stopped listening to her daughters for fashion advice.
You will know she is running to win when she begins to look like a more refined version of herself. No one can keep the hair, makeup and clothing style of their early 40s forever without tons of fillers and other cosmetic enhancements, no matter how fortunate they are when they are young. Very few even try. Eventually, it is dating. There is a grace in acknowledging time and there is wisdom in not waiting until the glare of cameras forces that acknowledgement.
Oh, I’m sure the media would go crazy if Cain were the Veep nominee, but the argument could be made successfully, that though he’s had executive experience, he hasn’t had experience in an elected office. Since Sarah has had both, she’d the best fit for the Presidency.
That is what I fear might happen. We have a jewel in Sarah and everybody fell in love with her just the way she is. Why change it and turn her into Algore trying to be the Alpha male. I thought she looked tired and sounded tired in this interview. I want her to be enthusiastic like her natural self. Anybody can be trained to sound like a robot. In fact we elected one, and he drives me crazy with his robot voice. No thanks. Sarah, be who you have always been. Mama Grizzly.
I saw it in person. I was there that day and I got to speak to Sarah and shake her hand, and tell her that I pray for her. She said, “Thank you so much for that.”
I understand what you are saying about
age appropriate style. However, Palin
is a long way from her matronly hours.
She has a style that will serve her for
a long while. She’s a tasteful woman who
will continue to refresh her look as she
matures.
I agree regarding Audrey Hepburn. Have
you seen Demi Moore or Jaquelin Smith
lately? Like Hepburn, both have stuck
with their look. And their look ages well
because it fits them.
‘_________’elocution’ coached.’
Okay - we don’t know for sure what kind of voice coaching SP might be having, yes?
Hoping she learns to place those higher sounds into a medium one. This is as plain a description as I can think of!
And - I’m not sure I’ve heard a ‘nasally’ sound like some FReepers have mentioned - just aware of that ascending pitch.
Is Sarah sincere about her pro-gun stance?
Is Sarah sincere about her pro-military stance?
If one judges by her actions or by the rabid attacks on her, on her friends, and even on her children and grandchild, the far left fringe agrees with me - there's a pattern of sincerity there, one that reassures Americans and scares socialists.
Just to clarify.
The quotes in my post were what the LIBS would say, not what the republicans would say.
Either way, Cain is today’s special. Next week it will be someone else. This has a long, long way to go folks.
I love her sarcasm, but she does need to tone it down. She can get a zinger in once in a while but they need to be well timed and used sparingly.
I liked her tone and demeanor in this interview. I found her to be more Netanyahu-esque than Reagan-esque. I hope she keeps it up.
I still don’t think the ‘second place only’ argument would be an issue with Dems. Instead, they’d think and say the GOP are pandering so pathetically to make it look like they promote blacks like the Dems that they had to go beyond the political world and enlist a retired black businessman.
But we certainly agree on the net result.
