I lost my Dad 10 years ago. It is very hard... and I pray for her speedy recovery. If the worst happens... the pain will ease and memories warm... they are always with us inside. I will add her and you to my prayers. Know that we will be reunited with those that we love... HE assures us of that. GOD bless you and her.

dang I am sorry to hear this.(brings back recent memories). My mom died at 93 in October.. at home.. gradually slipped away over a period of a few days after weaking the past prior weeks.
I miss her still
Praying for a recovery for your mom.. sometimes they have these episodes of in & out of consciousness & strength varies. Although this is a long life we truly are never really ready to let them go
God bless! Keep us posted!

Prayer for the Sick
Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.
Prayer for the Sick
Watch, O Lord, with those who wake, or watch, or weep tonight, and give your angels charge over those who sleep.
Tend your sick ones, O Lord Christ.
Rest your weary ones.
Bless your dying ones.
Soothe your suffering ones.
Pity your afflicted ones.
Shield your joyous ones.
And for all your love’s sake. Amen.

My 94 YO mother was almost identical to yours last July...except she hadn’t recognized us and had been bedridden for 5 years. You both are definitely in my thoughts and prayers. Give yours a hug from me.
