Seattle might’ve made the worst pick of the 1st round.
To: conservativebuckeye
Surprised they didn't try to draft a QB.

Definitely one of the best stories of this draft.

Sweet! Football!! Sort of!!!! My dirty little secret.

"26 year old rookie?"
Yea, saw all that. Actually, he looks a little prissy.
But must be a touhg kid. Led his hockey league in penalty minutes.
This thing is always a crap shoot though.

If this lockout persists, I think reincarnating the XFL is going to start looking appealing.

I’m in Dallas now, but grew up in Michigan.

I’m hoping that the Raiders get Colin Kaepernick.

Well, they made the right pick anyway.
To: conservativebuckeye
Yeah, I think they did. They reached for him, I guess I can hope that this guy and those ranked just ahead of him are roughly equal and that Carroll and his crew just made a judgement call on what they saw in the OLs in that position. Hopefully it becomes the unglamourous but decent pick that we need.
It does help to have 2 favorite teams; at least I can brag about how the Giants scored big with Prince...

Fairley, with his gangsta tendencies will fit in at the Lions quite nicely.

Cam Newton #1, I don’t know about that.
And Christian Ponder ahead of Andy Dalton, eh.
Can’t fault the Bears for going O-line but I would have been tempted by Da’Quan Bowers. Crazy?
THANK YOU SAINTS for keeping Ingram out of Green Bay.

I do - the Panthers made a collossal mistake in drafting a glorified tight end with the top pick. They also proved that they could care less about character, as Newton is a documented liar, cheat, and thief. He'll be out of the league in a few years.
Sorry Barners, but your golden boy is going to be known as the next Jamarcus Russell of the NFL.

What are ya talkin about? I graduated from AU, possibly before you were born if you are under 40. Just cause I did doesn’t mean I can’t call Fairley a gangsta. He wuz OUR gangsta.
