Yeah, I think they did. They reached for him, I guess I can hope that this guy and those ranked just ahead of him are roughly equal and that Carroll and his crew just made a judgement call on what they saw in the OLs in that position. Hopefully it becomes the unglamourous but decent pick that we need.
It does help to have 2 favorite teams; at least I can brag about how the Giants scored big with Prince...
Looking into it a little, I think this is likely a pretty good pick by Seattle. This guy should fit in very well at either RG or RT and solidify our line, especially as a run blocker.
