I agree Scottys song was a clunker...but at some level...maybe it is his way of bidding ADIOS to American Idol so he can get on with his career...and I know he will have a LONG and lucrative one! :-)

I agree. It was a great show. No one was really horrible (except for the losers at the start of the show, um, hello?? We didn’t vote for them because we DIDN’T WANT TO SEE THEM ANYMORE!). Even Haley’s version of Rolling in the Deep wasn’t God awful, it’s just that Adele is so awesome it’s hard to compare the two.
You are not alone. I’m not buying it either and I don’t think the majority of people are.
Although, he does have the all-important Gary Busey endorsement. (eye roll)
