A birth certificate is just that. An identification of what you were when you entered this world. You can mutilate your body any way you want however you will still be the same gender you were the day you were born.
I can have a doctor fashion me a tail and horn and can go around walking on all fours but that doesn’t make me a unicorn.
These people of course have a serious mental illness.
We already have M and F for male and female. Do we need an abbreviation for Wanting to Transition to Female?
I don’t think they should be able to change them at all. Doesn’t matter if something got cut off or stuffed in or whatever. They were still born a certain gender.
So maybe that’s why Obama is hiding his birth certificate - it’s what I’ve long suspected: he is our first transgender president.
When people change change an X chromosome to a Y, or vice versa, then they should be able to change their birth certificate.
Until then, your sex is set by your DNA and superficial changes are just that... superficial.
One of those suing the city, Joan Prinzivalli, said she would like to get the surgery the city requires to prove she is (a wanna-be) female but she is unable to for health reasons.
birth cirtificates should not be changed as a matter of law when it comes to such voluntary mutilations. (this is to exclude birth defect babies)
It should simply be a DNA test. Show the DNA test and that it was a clerical error. Otherwise these mental patients should just shut up.
Give them what they want, as long as the NEW Birth Certificates say “REVISED” in capital letters, and have the altered data printed in a special, bold font.

You were born a man or a woman, you were born a man or a woman, and that doesn’t need to be changed. It’s an official document, and now is not the time to lie about that. But hey, I guess if people can say a gender other than birth, couldn’t Obama say that his Birth Certificate be rewritten, if we haven’t seen it already, so that he could be born in Hawaii instead of wherever it was he was really born (Kenya? Indonesia?)
