As all cat-lovers know, every moggy has moments when they seem almost human in their behaviour.

Now, a new internet craze celebrates the feline friends who like to sit back and relax in style. A host of websites, viral emails and blogs have been circulating pictures of ‘cats that sit like humans’ — and they’ve even been featured on TV. Here we give you the best of the kitty couch potatoes.

I'm convinced that cats were history's first domesticated animal. Or, more correctly, they were the first animal to learn how to train humans.

When man transitioned from a hunter-gatherer to a farmer lifestyle, the lazy rodents followed man because it was much easier to steal what somebody else produced than to forage it yourself. Thus, rats and mice were the first liberals among mammals.

Cats, on the other hand, were the first pragmatic conservatives. While man complained about rodents stealing and ruining the food supply which they had carefully worked for, cats saw a need to be fulfilled. Where rodents gathered, there would not only be a steady food supply, they could also con man into providing them with shelter and companionship in return for protecting man from the theft of rodents.

Must be related to mine.
She will jump up and take off when BO comes on the screen - but I guess the real reason being that she knows I will come off with a couple of FU’s and frantically hunt for the remote.
At least with BJ I would hit the mute button but I can not stand to look at this A’holes mug, much less hear that voice.
