Haven’t watched one of these in a lot of years. It’s pretty dull.

Oh, yeah. Of the later comic hosts, I really liked Billy Chrystal. Definitely needs something to pep it up.

It’s dreadful. Stilted, uncomfortable, and unfortunate that the best supporting actress already dropped the F-bomb. We’re only watching because we loved “The King’s Speech”. We’ve got picture-in-picture, so that helps, we can watch something else at the same time. Even at that, Mr. Inspectorette is ready to break and run.
Are you familiar with the movie "Kick Ass"? An 11 year old girl puts on a costume and fights crime. It got a fair bit of negative press because of the character ("Hit Girl")'s language and joyful violence.
Charlie Sheen dig... best line of the night.

Kirk Douglas, one of the last of our great American icons.
I think he looks great for 95. Still handsome.
Still very sharp- although his former stroke makes his speech and movements awkward.
Who can blame him for hamming it up a bit?
He’s in front of an adoring audience, and he knows it.
