Where does one start to tally the criminal assaults on our constitution, the citizenry, states, and other cornerstones of our great country, initiated and led by Barak Obama?
I would have thought we start with, Obama’s failure to uphold U.S. District Judge Vinson’s injunction against the unconstitutional enactment of Obamacare, even failing to file an administrative “legal stay”. But NO Obama ignores the laws of the land and continues to order that Obamacare be shoved down the throat of states. But I would be wrong, Obama’s latest sin is not his sin of legal omission, his latest sin is one of commission knowing full well he is attacking the foundation of our country state rights. Obama is attacking legally elected Wis. State government and leading unions to protesting legal actions the state of Wisconsin is trying to enact. Obama’s actions make a sham of our legal system and established government, can America tolerate any more of this man’s attempts to destroy our country?
Of course this isn’t the first time Obama ignores Judges’ rulings, as in the offshore oil drilling moratorium. But we all know if a oil company ignored any judge ruling they either go to jail or pay huge fines, for contempt of court as in Federal Judge Feldman’s ruling regarding the government’s attempt to usurp law with other maneuvers to avoid the judges ruling.
Obama’s hatred and overt attack on American society clearly is shown by his determination to avoid the will of taxpayers and voters. Obama is attempting to turn government workers and union workers into a ruling class, separate and above the law, untouchable by legally elected governance who is attempting to solve state issues like state fiscal bankruptcy. WAKE UP AMERICA, there is a constitutional crisis created by Obama, can we continue to afford a leader who ignores our laws, state rights, U.S. Gov. deficit and ever expanding budget and enacts Obamacare thus flushing America down the debt and insolvency toilet ruining this country. Can we ignore Obama’s absolute abysmal most recent Budget that ignores the hard reality facing America’s debt and does nothing to reduce deficit spending or attempt to bring America back from the brink we presently teeter totter on. There is no leadership from this clown, it is time for change, a change in the White House.
Should we mention selling out our allies secrets, turning on our closest allies, using tax payer’s money buying private companies, taking over banks, auto industry, the energy industry now attempting to take over internet, appointing un-vetted Czars to create policy and new law is unconstitutional, zero accountability for how stimulus money was spent, failure to order review of all green policy after the international fiasco proved global warming studies were rigged.
Our country is in crisis, the time is NOW, Wisconsin is boiling, other states soon will be, the middle east is going through revolutionary throes, progressive socialist Obama is incapable of the leadership necessary at this point in history. CHANGE, IMPEACH OBAMA, NOW!
Sad but true. This is going to take a 'people action.' Whatever it takes. First we have to be sure the military will be on side of the people. Our military leaders must openly declare their loyalty to We the People, the supreme law of the land. Not to We, the Congress, or we the prez, or we the judges. After that's taken care of, it will be a simple matter of serving notice on the prez to vacate and resign. And serving notices to all of the democrat and most of the republican office holders at all levels of government to do likewise, in addition to returning to the treasurer all illegal and ill-gotten gains.
And to do it in an orderly fashion as to not upset the peaceful workings of government, allowing time for the people to elect emergency replacements.

I agree. Force his hand. Start talking seriously, openly, and factually about impeachment, and see what his next move is.
Lets assume impeachment does actually gain footing, it would really create a unique set of options for obama, will he stonewall the issue?
Will he create a domestic crisis large enough to declare martial law thus putting any action of impeachment on hold?
You betcha he will, even if it means deliberately forcing the most violent oppositions parties in America to a boiling point. Not just left vs. right, no he would get the Latinos to fight the southern states with armed Mexican military, he would make it of an issue that Moslems will attack Christians.
Right now he is using the Unions and the SEIU, right now we are watching his proverbial Brown Shirt Army organizing its march upon the figurative American Poland.
I think Biden could be contained. If he were to take over following an impeachment, I think he would steer clear of radical policies. As inept as he may be, I do not think he hates America. Any change would be a welcome one. If obama were to win a second term, I’m out of here.

The presense of federal or foreign troops on domestic soil in a police action against citizens IS the declaration of martial law. Words won't be necessary. So wherever you see the armed troops, you can bet they will be in charge of things. That's what we have to prevent by getting our military to renew their oath to include the recognition of duly authorized representatives of we the people in their loyalty pledge. This is a system we have to get in place and ready to install at a moment's notice.
Didn’t Obama issue an executive order allowing Interpol agents on American soil without being monitored and we cannot be privy to what they are doing?
I also read something about the Coast Guard having the power of martial law.
By virtue of his ineligibility, Obama could not be impeached...but, he could be arrested and escorted from the premises of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave by US Marshalls.

The judicial committee must start the process by writing up articles of impeachment. Obama has so many probes and investigations it can make your head spin. So many articles apply to him....where to begin? He then can only be removed by a trial and a vote I believe.
The only reason Clinton was not removed was because it was lying under oath that’s all. Obama is committing treason and aiding and abetting terrorists.
