Valentine's Day has a way of putting us in the mood . . . to cuddle up with a romantic movie. But which flick contains the most amorous, bodice-ripping, sweep-you-off-your-feet scene of all time?

You are so right. It can only be From Here to Eternity.
Juggs 3 - no question.
I know it’s old, but I thought New Moon’s song ‘Wanting You’ by Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy was very romantic.

Sam’s goodbye to Molly in Ghost.
It has to be when Godzilla first rises up from the ocean shoots fire from his mouth in the movie Godzilla.
Now that’s romance!!
Call me a romantic fool.
Any of the Hammer productions, take your pick.
An old movie from the seventies called Sunshine.
I am a softy for “SABRINA” with Harrison Ford and Julia Ormond...several scenes, but I do like the day they spend out on the Cape and of course the scene in the green house where he takes his brother’s place (brother being played by Greg Kinnear). Overall, a very good movie!
Also, another tear-jerker is the scene in The Glenn Miller Story when June Allyson is listening to the radio on Christmas Eve and hears that Glenn's plane has been lost over the Atlantic.
You’ve Got Mail - when Tom Hanks walks up the hill with his dog and she sees him and knows he is the man who e-mails her
Oh yeah, Sea of Love with Pacino and Barkin — no question!
Also - several scenes from 9 1/2 Weeks - Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger. Not romantic - just crazy lust.
Then there’s Against All Odds and The Unbearable Lightness of Being. And how about Body Heat???
In the movie “Little Women” where the wind blew through the room when the sister died.........Oh, wait a minute. I thought you said most rheumatic. Sorry.
“As.....you.....wish!” ~Princess Bride
The wedding ring hitting the El Train coin dish in the last minute of “While You Were Sleeping.”

ditto
The pottery scene in “Ghost”
The Balcony scene in “Romeo and Juliet (Whiting and Hussy)”
And an unusual pick which is maybe less romantic and more sensual. The wedding night scene in “Dracula (Langella and Nelligan)” Pretty hot stuff.
