While SUP surfing (stand up paddle surfing) with a couple friends, Chuck Paterson saw 2 sharks circling them for about 15 minutes. The next day, Chuck decided to go back out at around the same time and take my his ("GO PRO HD HERO") camera mounted on a 10 ft pole and do some exploring.
Sure enough within 5 minutes a 9 ft shark came out of no where and circled him twice and slapped his tail on his board before disappearing. About a minute later a 7 ft young juvenile Great White swam circles around him for 12 minutes. Chuck said it was an unreal experience that he will cherish forever.

“Oh, that shark has pretty teeth, babe,
“And he shows them pearly whites,
“When that shark bites with his teeth, babe,
“Scarlet billows start to spread,
No problem. They typically only eat people if it’s a mistake.
Thanks for the ping!

It is off Orange County, Ca. This was on Surfer Magazine’s web page several months ago. The filmer is a semi-known big wave surfer and SUP (stand up paddle) surfer.
Some people like to get a rush, seeing their possible death only moments away. Its a modern phenomenon. Sharks dp pt bother humans usually, they are hunting for seals, or other mamalia sea life. But it all denpeds on just how hungry they are, and once they taste himan flesh, it is as good as any other, as the stories of WWII sailors adrift in rafts in the Pacific will tell you. A human to a shark is nothng special, just a piece of red meat. I consider this episode foolhardy. But people have the freedom thankfully, to do whatever tickles their springs.
Cvengr has taken up your challenge in Post 20. It's your move. ;-)
Yes, I really like it.
I’ve had the feeling that you’ve been unhappy for a while now, so this change is good.
Watched a show called Sons of Guns and they had a Marine on the show who was a Medal Of Honor recipient..... looked the man up on the net and found a interview done on CSPAN.
Worth the time folks.....never forget.

I don’t think that MOH winner had so much fun since about 1946! He was just grinning when they strapped that flamer on him.
