Authorities in Pennsylvania say they arrested a "wolf pack" of teenagers in connection with an assault on a 13-year-old boy who police say was kidnapped and hung from a fence post.
Nadin Khoury, of Upper Darby, Pa., was walking home from school on Jan. 11 when he was attacked by a group of teenagers who punched, kicked and dragged him through the snow before stuffing him in a tree and hanging him by his coat on a 7-foot-high fence, police said.
The boy, who was not seriously injured, was rescued when a passerby jumped out of her car and took the boy home.
Authorities arrested six teenagers, ages 13 to 17, in connection with the attack on Monday. Police arrested a seventh teen on Tuesday after he arrived at school.
Some of the alleged assailants videotaped the attack, which lasted about 15 minutes, on a cell phone camera. Police have charged the suspects with kidnapping, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment and other crimes.

feral packs of human children....
Aside from the punching & kicking part (which also happened on occasion) sounds like something that regularly went on in my old neighborhood.
If he was straight, he got what he deserved.
If he's gay, we need to pass another law protecting deviants.
I would have shot every one of them.
Vermin.
What mental midget phrased this sentence? When one is HUNG, the general belief is that they are being executed with a rope around their neck. While this was wrong, and the kids should be punished, this child was not 'hung', he was suspened from a post by his jacket - no injuries were reported. This is a far cry from attempted murder.
Pennsylvania Dutch, I'm guessing.
The boys father should be teling the police that they better relocate this bunch of degenerates off this planet. Because they won’t be able to hide on this one.
Where are the fathers and mothers of these aniumals?
If my kid ever got involved in something like that, jail would be the least of his worries.
what they did was nasty, but this is deceptive use of the term, “hung”.
Bullying is a problem, but public concern over this is being hijacked into a way of giving gays extra rights and feeding Big Brother.
Saw this on Foxnews....As usual the media is describing it wrong. This is not bullying! This is ASSAULT! These little thugs weren’t trying to take lunch money they looked like they were trying their darndest to kill.....
Criminality and abuse is one thing, and that I could forgive after a sufficient beating; but stupidity is just absolutely unforgivable.
Not to be too petty, but someone who is executed with a rope around their neck is not “hung.” They are “hanged.” Something I learned while studying journalism ...
“Aside from the punching & kicking part (which also happened on occasion) sounds like something that regularly went on in my old neighborhood”
This stuff used to go on when I was in school also but I don’t remember the level of viciousness back then.
feral publik skool kids...
or maybe they went to a madrassah??
Obviously, an Amish wolf pack.
Now I get it..! The victim in the film is BLACK.
If the victim had been white or straight we would not have seen this on a major network and the perps would face simple suspension, with no legal charges.
My guess is that one, some, or several of the perps is white.
Motive? They call it "entertainment". Best course of action (depending on the age of those involved) is to kick their butts (literally), then force them to do some hard labor community service, as well as restitution to their victim and his family. If that doesn't work, well...
