Uneducated response to this article: YAY! I can eat as much cake, Wonder bread and mashed potatoes as I want and not get fat!
The smart response: It won’t hurt me to add a few more whole grains to my diet and exercise routine.

Also, if you cool off spaghetti in cold water, it makes the glucose chains harder to digest. Just something I remember from a nutrition class in graduate school.
