The smart response: It won’t hurt me to add a few more whole grains to my diet and exercise routine.
That looks like something that you would find while doing an autopsy on a cow.
Common sense would tell us that its not what we eat that helps us lose weight, its what we don't eat.

I have just started reading that book and it is an eye opener.
Also, if you cool off spaghetti in cold water, it makes the glucose chains harder to digest. Just something I remember from a nutrition class in graduate school.

Yikes! Like so many medications, the ‘cure’ appears to be worse than the ‘disease’.
There’s really only one diet that *always* works: The eat less calories than your body burns diet.
Doesn’t look like it has a good,satisfying helping of complete protein,like say,eggs,beef,pork,fish,poultry.
Just not enough,I’d be hungry again in no time.
