Jimmy Buffett was rushed to a hospital in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday (Jan. 26) after the 64-year-old singer fell offstage and remained unconscious for several minutes, according to reports.

Sorry I'm not a fan of people who would have no problem supporting a Tyrannical Government that would not hesitate to take away my Liberty for some Utopian Ideal.

I'm not sure what my opinion of Buffett and his ideological brethren has to do with me being happy. I'm very happy because I know how truly wonderful this country is. I'm happy I have my freedom.

I'm also happy that you and I can disagree, although I must admit that I don't quite understand what we disagree about.
You like Jimmy, great. I like his music, but when I found out his Political belief system threatens my freedom, I decided not to support him financially. That's it. Giving him money is just like giving a donation to the DNC, it's that simple.

I saved that last article I posted under a folder I titled “BP Oil Spill”. In these days, so many crazy things are happening and being said, I make folders for each major event, that one is one of the biggest. The two biggest I have is, 2008 election and Katrina. I found it kind of shocking Buffet choose to voice his politic opinion. He always struck me as apolitical on stage and camera. Until that interview, I would never have deemed him a Obama fan.

He wouldn’t look that good at 64 years of age, if he were still drinking Margaritas non-stop. Looks like he actually takes very good care of himself.

While the "product" he sells is the beach bum lifestyle, Buffett, on the personal level, must be ( and has been) a highly disciplined and hard working businessman with traditional middle class values. If he weren't, he won't be enjoying the success that he has.

My husband and I have been to two of his concerts in Las Vegas. They were a lot of fun.
