RIP Mr. Nelson.
Who is left from that era of family sit coms? The only ones I can think of right now are Tony Dow, Jerry Mathers, and Ken Osmond.

The Nelsons were roll models for America. Sad that David was the last of them. He was a talented guy.

Still fun to watch the reruns when they show up on TV every now and then - such a guileless, civil time - another age - thanks and RIP, Nelsons.....

RIP, Dave. So many of us ‘grew up on’ you and your family. I doubt I missed a single show as a kid. It was iconic Americana, even if more Hollywood than ‘real life.’
I pray your surviving family finds peace and comfort in your passing.

How sad. The Sirius radio classics channel plays their radio sitcom occasionally. — that channel is like discovering a whole new world, listening to all these very entertaining radio shows for the first time.
